An inbox is one email address you connect to Zenbox (e.g., support, sales, info). Each inbox has its own signature, tone, AI rules, and assigned team members.
A processed email is any email Zenbox handles using AI. This includes classification, summarization, routing, and reply suggestions. 1 email = 1 processed email, no matter how many AI steps occur.
Zenbox will still receive your emails, but AI features will pause. You’ll get a notification to upgrade or buy extra credits ($10 per 1,000 emails) to resume AI processing.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings.
You get full access to all Zenbox features with temporary limits. No credit card required for signup.
Your account will remain accessible for 3 days after the trial expires. If you do not upgrade within that period, your data and emails will be permanently deleted.
