What is an Inbox in Zenbox?

An inbox is one email address you connect to Zenbox (e.g., support, sales, info). Each inbox has its own signature, tone, AI rules, and assigned team members.

What is a Processed Email?

A processed email is any email Zenbox handles using AI. This includes classification, summarization, routing, and reply suggestions. 1 email = 1 processed email, no matter how many AI steps occur.

What happens if I exceed my processed email limit?

Zenbox will still receive your emails, but AI features will pause. You’ll get a notification to upgrade or buy extra credits ($10 per 1,000 emails) to resume AI processing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to all Zenbox features with temporary limits. No credit card required for signup.

What happens after the trial ends?

Your account will remain accessible for 3 days after the trial expires. If you do not upgrade within that period, your data and emails will be permanently deleted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal. For Enterprise customers, we offer invoice billing.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Zenbox uses enterprise-grade security: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, Separate inbox isolation, Multi-tenant security, Regular security reviews.

Does Zenbox store my emails?

Emails are stored securely for features like search, history, and analytics. Enterprise customers can choose custom storage rules or on-prem setups.

Is Zenbox AI safe for confidential information?

Yes. AI processing happens through secure, compliant models with strict data handling policies. Your email data is never used to train public AI models.

Does Zenbox replace Gmail or Outlook?

No — Zenbox works on top of Gmail/Outlook/365. You continue using your existing email provider, but Zenbox adds: Multi-inbox management, Workflow automation, Team routing, AI assistance.

Do I need technical skills to set up Zenbox?
